Due Diligence Report

Includes a preliminary search of legally accessible public records and commercially available investigative databases. The scope and availability of records can vary. Court-record retrieval, certified documents, extensive asset research, rush requests, and additional jurisdictions may require added fees.

Surveillance Deposit

Consultation required first!

All deposits are non-refundable. They reserve a minimum two-hour surveillance slot and count toward the final invoice.

Both our Consultation and Deposit required first!

This covers both in-person and online surveillance and, upon completion, includes a full, detailed, comprehensive report of observations and any findings via photos and video recordings. No guarantee of specific results and no promises of a definitive, conclusive pieces of evidence, but we will always be truthful, thorough, and give every investigation our absolute best effort while adhering to ethical practices and legal standards.
